Debugging steps for on-board power amplifier:
1. Adjust the amplifier channel switching function of the front sound field to the HPF position; Pre tune the HPF frequency point of the front sound field amplifier to the approximate position of 60-70Hz; Adjust the gain (volume) of the front sound field to the minimum value;
2. Adjust the amplifier channel switching function of the sound field to the HPF position after adjustment; Pre tune the HPF frequency point of the rear sound field amplifier to the approximate position of 60-70Hz; Adjust the gain (volume) of the rear sound field to the minimum value;
3. Adjust the channel switch of the Subwoofer (SUB) car speaker amplifier to the LPF position, and pre adjust the LPF frequency point to about 60-70 (usually pre adjust the LPF frequency point to a position 5-10Hz higher than the HPF pre frequency point); If the subwoofer has a sound filter function (some amplifier filters have the same meaning), the frequency point of the Filter should be adjusted to the lowest frequency point. If the subwoofer has a phase adjustment function, it should be pre adjusted to the 0 ° position;
4. Pre tuned bass speaker (sub) minimizes the gain of the car audio speaker amplifier; Adjust the volume of the CD car audio speaker host to its maximum of 90-95 degrees;
5. Turn on the amplifier power and gradually adjust the gain of the front speaker amplifier, so that the speaker only stops distortion. Then, the gain of the front sound field amplifier slightly drops back to no distortion, and the matching between the CD host and the front sound field amplifier is adjusted.
Due to the installation of different systems and differences in tuning, car amplifiers can generally be tuned in this way. First, find a female CD that is most familiar with the sound quality of the board and has a better sound quality. Then, by twisting the frequency, cut the amplifier to below 80kHz. After turning off the high pitch, turn on the low pitch to the approximate position that you think is suitable. Put on the CD and gradually increase the high pitch, and directly hear the familiar and satisfactory sound, the melody in the high and low positions, Be sure to switch to a frequency of 80kHz to avoid resonance of the car door, which can cause low-frequency clarity.
