After a quick warm-up, participants were divided into 8 mixed teams, each named after Suoer’s core values, such as “Tech Warriors,” “Collab Rangers,” and “Win Together Squad.” The competition adopted a knockout format, with each round requiring teams to complete missions like “hostage rescue” and “base defense”—challenges that demanded not just individual skill, but close coordination and quick decision-making.
What made the event unforgettable was the incredible teamwork on display. During the quarter-finals, the “Collab Rangers” faced a tough opponent, but they quickly huddled to adjust their strategy: some players acted as cover fire, others sneaked around the flank to outflank the enemy, and the team captain kept everyone focused with clear commands. Even when they fell behind, teammates cheered each other on instead of blaming, and their collective effort finally turned the tide. Off the battlefield, everyone gathered to share snacks, laugh about funny moments (like accidental “friendly fire”), and discuss tactics—strengthening bonds beyond daily work interactions.
