Last Thursday, SUOER transformed our headquarters into a warm, collaborative space for a special team building event—our Client Appreciation Sharing Session—where we gathered with over 30 valued clients from North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. More than a celebration, this event was a heartfelt tribute to the partnerships that have fueled our 30 years of success as a leading manufacturer of outdoor jacuzzis and solar energy storage systems (including inverters, chargers, and controllers). It was a day to listen, learn, and strengthen the bonds that make our business more than transactions—they’re genuine collaborations.
Recently, SUOER’s cross-departmental team stepped out of the office and joined a dynamic series of competition activities hosted by Alibaba, turning it into a memorable team building experience. Designed to enhance cross-departmental collaboration, spark innovative thinking, and align with the digital development trends of the renewable energy industry, this event brought together 50+ employees from R&D, sales, marketing, and international business departments. As a leading manufacturer of solar energy storage systems (including inverters, chargers, and controllers), SUOER has long maintained in-depth cooperation with Alibaba in global channel expansion, and this competition further strengthened the synergy between the team and deepened the understanding of digital business strategies.
Last Friday, Suoer’s team traded keyboards for laser guns and stepped into an exciting CS shooting arena for our much-anticipated team building event. Designed to foster teamwork, enhance communication, and let everyone unwind from intense work rhythms, the event brought together over 60 employees from R&D, sales, production, and administration departments—turning colleagues into teammates in a thrilling battle of strategy and collaboration.
